We purchased this vehicle to surprise my daughter on her 16th birthday. I had originally inquired about a used vehicle but ended up purchasing a new one and he made it beyond easy the entire time! I was able to do everything over the phone since I live over an hour away. I had an answer within a couple of hours and was able to drive over there that same evening to finalize the deal. When I arrived, her car was sitting right there waiting for me clean and shiny. I was greeted with a smile, signed a few things and was taken immediately to finance where I met Debbie who is wonderful!! It literally only took 30-45 minutes and we were ready to drive away in our brand new car!! Toronto Spikes immediately came to greet my brother and I and worked with us very well on trying to meet my needs. I gave him my budget and payment range, and he worked with it. He somehow managed a deal that cut several thousand dollars off the listed price for a nearly new car in incredible shape and put it very comfortably within my budget. The finance department at Bill Utter was also extremely helpful and friendly. While we were working out the paperwork, the service department went to have the already immaculately clean vehicle serviced and cleaned again. No one at the dealership pressured me into buying something I couldn't afford or made me feel obligated to do something I didn't want, and they worked out a great deal for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. More
