Tony was a great ambassador for a recent car purchase. Clearly explained the different models and options for each. Not a pressure conversation or one that pushed to the most expensive option. Delivery and pickup was seamless and support from the BMW of Sudbury was excellent, and Tony spent over an hour ensuring understanding of vehicle systems and configuration of car settings.
