Superior Service. They are the reason I take my vehicle there and not to the Clarksville Dealership. The Technician heard my two major complaints for faults, and real They are the reason I take my vehicle there and not to the Clarksville Dealership. The Technician heard my two major complaints for faults, and realized they were both related to one, so I didn't get charged a 2nd diagnostic fee. Great all-around service. They even recommended a set of brakes that I knew were getting close, so I had them complete it also. I wish they had caught the light bulb out in front of car. 1hour later with the service manager after hours, and we got the expensive 400 light replaced. salesman was ok. vehicle had a headlight out when I went to leave at 9 at night. had to wait several times for the salesman to go work with another customer-should ha vehicle had a headlight out when I went to leave at 9 at night. had to wait several times for the salesman to go work with another customer-should have gotten that one done, then worked with me. I'm sure the other customer wasn't happy either. failed to explain that an extended warranty was in the financing. Kind of my fault, but after driving 2 1/2 hours and waiting for 3 more hours, then knowing I had a 2 1/2 hour drive home, I was kind of in a hurry to get done. they ended up making good on the headlight, but I'm finding little things that are wrong that should have been taken care of. not so sure I would recommend. More

Our Durango was ready in a timely manner and held for us the following day due to a commitment. What was most appreciated is that we were concerned about the total. We understood the additional cost of th the following day due to a commitment. What was most appreciated is that we were concerned about the total. We understood the additional cost of the belt, installation of it, and tax above and beyond the alternator covered by the extended warranty, but still were prepared to check in on the warranty regarding this. After payment, Katie called us back and found that an adjustment needed to be made to the labor charged. We appreciated her promptness in calling us back, saving us both time and money!
