Ordering my Honda Pilot Touring I wanted a Honda Pilot Touring. I went there looking for one and there were none in the area . Tony and Rachel Hunt had me drive a new Pilot EX-L to I wanted a Honda Pilot Touring. I went there looking for one and there were none in the area . Tony and Rachel Hunt had me drive a new Pilot EX-L to see if I would the new Pilot . Rachel was very informative about all the features and options. I decide to order the Touring model which Tony said would be in in about 4 weeks . Two weeks later a different color Touring model came in and Tony called and asked me if I would want to drive this Touring model and if I liked it I could buy this vehicle . I ended up waiting for the vehicle I ordered and the color that I wanted . All the staff that I dealt with at Honda Cars of Bellevue were helpful , cordial and informative. I will definitely go back and will recommend this dealership. More

When the summer clearance occurred, I was right there! As a single woman, I really appreciated the respect and consideration shown to me by the sales and financial people at Honda Cars of Bellevue. I love my new HR-V, paid a fair price for it, and definitely would recommend the dealership to anyone who wants to deal with a low key sales and financial staff and end up feeling like you really mattered to them! Eli, my salesman, was very helpful and made the process easy. He was always cheerful and energetic -- even when he had to come in on his day off to finalize the sale. I can't apologize enough for doing that to him. Yet, he remained cheerful and enthusiastic, as though he hadn't been inconvenienced at all. Tony, a manager, offered me a price that was irresistible. Our negotiations were short and to the point. Just the way I like them. Cheryl clearly explained to me the details of paying for the car, and because she was away when I came to pick it up, Tari took me through the necessary paperwork, which went quickly and smoothly. Both ladies were cheerful and very helpful. More
