Sales person Keith was knowledgable and low-pressure, sales manager Tony was no-nonsense and responsive, closer Chyryln was fast and super-efficient. Absolutely no silliness with add-ons, hidden costs, cheesy negotiating tactics, etc. Arrived at dealership at 9AM, test drive, trade-in estimate, price negotiations, credit check, closing, and hand over all by 12:15PM (including 45 minutes at home to clean out the trade-in.) Pretty efficient, I'd say. Price for new truck and and trade-in right in line with KBB and the better deals I've seen in the on-line Honda owners' forum. Result: sweet 2018 Ridgeline in my garage and a very satisfied customer. Well done, guys. Honda Cars of Bellevue is a class act. More

I came to look at the car and Josh Case Purchased a older used car from Honda Cars of Bellevue. Rachel Johnson contacted me about setting up a time. I came to look at the car and Josh Case helped me as Rachel was with another customer. Both sales people made us feel welcome and important even though our purchase was not a large amount. We had some concern about a little body damage that was hard to see on the website and managers Tony and Brian worked with us on the price. Chyrlyn was helpful with the payment and paperwork, and explained how the transfer would as I live another state. More
