ROUTE 44 TOYOTA told me that I needed to 'get used to electronic brakes even though this was new behavior by the vehicle. .' The technician was so unfamiliar with the vehicle model, he told me that the warning light on the dashboard was SKID CONTROL. During this nightmare, rather than simply fixing the vehicle, I was stalked, followed, my medical information was shared and much else. An employee posted an unprofessional and slanderous comment on my facebook page. When an astute AAA driver recently went to jump the battery, he realized that the BATTERY GROUND TERMINAL CONNECTION was loose. Brian at Topham's in Middleboro changed the oil, replaced the battery and the BRAKES now function as they should. The BRAKE PEDAL is high, the HILL HOLD feature works as it should. In other words, the vehicle was delivered from the factory with a loose battery ground connection that explains the quirky behavior in endured and NO ONE AT TOYOTA stepped forward to correct such a minor fix. . This was all in addition to requesting my credit report without authorization. More

As a 22 year old that just finished her first year out of college, I was looking to make my first “grown up” purchase I thought the customer service was phenomenal. There is a horrible stigma of car salesm college, I was looking to make my first “grown up” purchase I thought the customer service was phenomenal. There is a horrible stigma of car salesman, so I walked in with my guard up. Truth be told, there are no reason for this. I was welcomed very nicely by John C, and he allowed me to test drive a new Toyota Corolla, and after I returned he asked if I’d like to go over pricing and financial options. The options actually fit my entry level job income, so a decided to make a purchase. Then I further discussed my finances with Joel who was an absolute delight, I think he could tell I was nervous but excited so he made the conversations very fun and relatable. (He is hilarious!) And all during my experience I met Tony who was more than happy to help with whatever I needed, was a pleasure and, I was addressed by my first name, as if I was a friend by all the employees. With all of that being said, I am glad that I was able to share my first “grownup” experience with route 44 Toyota. More

Today is Wednesday. (Important to understand why I've rated them the way I did). On Friday I lost my car, no trade in and no down payment I didn't think I'd be able to get a car, by the way, I'm 19. I ca rated them the way I did). On Friday I lost my car, no trade in and no down payment I didn't think I'd be able to get a car, by the way, I'm 19. I called Rte 44 Toyota/Scion on Sunday and was transferred to Bobby L. He ran my numbers and even came to get me in the car I wanted, a 09 Honda Civic Coupe! I was thrilled. I met with Joe F and we discussed payments. Only thing left was to be approved, next morning I was but now I needed a down payment. They had accidentally switched another customer and I up. I was furious and called it off. They tried to save it, but Larry intervened to keep everything professional and in the best interest of the company. I appreciated the honesty. I scoured up the down payment, came in and finished the deal. Paul B saw me and a friend waiting and got on the ball. Joel D made the signing understandable and relaxing. I couldn't believe how easy it got. They even got me everything I wanted for a better APR! I drove the car home extremely happy tonight, thanks to Tony R going the extra mile and helping me out (he had heard of the week so far,) I wasn't even his client. Although there were some mistakes that frustrated me, they did work very hard to get me a car as soon as possible for the best deal I could get. The team effort was impressive. I'd recommend this dealership for anyone, the hard work is outstanding. When it's time to trade in, I'm going back to Route 44. More

I went to Rt 44 Toyota to buy my first new car as a newly graduated college student. My family has bought and leased cars here before ,and they had very positive experiences. My sales associate, Sean McCarey graduated college student. My family has bought and leased cars here before ,and they had very positive experiences. My sales associate, Sean McCarey, was very helpful in explaining my options and working with me to find the option that fit me best. The college graduate rebate was a very nice plus as well. Over all I would defiantly recommend Rt 44 Toyota to anyone looking to buy their first new car. More

In a nut shell I needed a new car fast as on of our vehicles went down. Good experience with Terrance and Tony. In one night we haggled and came to a good deal. I needed the car fast and it was almo vehicles went down. Good experience with Terrance and Tony. In one night we haggled and came to a good deal. I needed the car fast and it was almost closing time. I met with Joel in finance and he seemed like a great guy. we got all the numbers crunched and the deal was all financed and ready the next day. When meeting with Joel he explained the computers were shut down because it was past closing but he would get me the final numbers the next day. Two days go by and after many unanswered calls I finally get a call from Joel. The deal is done and we will be registering your new car later today. It took a crow bar to get it out of him but I finally got the final numbers and they were incorrect. I was very upset and after speaking with the general manager he recommended we cancel the deal due to my dissatisfaction. He explained Toyota customer satisfaction survey is very important to them and he felt mine would not be so good. Due to that fact he cancelled my deal. Three days go by and I am still without a car. In my opinion it ended up being a good thing because I found Boch Toyota South and got a better deal and the color I actually wanted. More
