When we had an issue with our vehicle, we dropped it off over the weekend, without an appointment. They reached out to me the next day, letting me know when they could work on it, and fixed our issues withi over the weekend, without an appointment. I feel that Michael Wemmer did an acceptable and understandable job explaining the process of repairing my Ford. The support staff that he had at the time I was there not so much. I was told the par understandable job explaining the process of repairing my Ford. The support staff that he had at the time I was there not so much. I was told the part I ordered and paid for would be in the dealership in a couple of days. I am reluctant to check status on things involving the service industry (maybe too much so) and I waited 2 weeks to call and check on the status of my part. I was told that it was in the shop for a week and someone tried to leave me a message. Not on my phone. Now I have an appointment 8 days from today to have the repair work done. More
