First, I got a fair trade-in price for my old 4Runner and Barry even worked with me to get my s Everyone at Metro Toyota hit this one out of the park! First, I got a fair trade-in price for my old 4Runner and Barry even worked with me to get my steering fixed on the old car while we were waiting for the new one to arrive. Second, I was updated regularly on the status of the ordered vehicle without prompting. Third, I received no hassle pricing on the cost of the new 4Runner which is a black 2018 TRD PRO. This vehicle is just incredible! Lastly, Barry called me the minute that the vehicle was rolled off of the truck. Tony did everything he needed to do to make this process actually enjoyable, no issues, no hassles. Ken handled the financials like a true pro, knowledgeable and courteous. In summary, this was a great overall experience. By the way, this is the sixth vehicle that I have purchased from Metro Toyota in the last 25 years. I just keep on coming back... More
