To have been a loyal customer since 2016 and now find yourself in this position is heartbreaking, especially as a single mother relying on your vehicle every day. It is distressing that a diagnostic and oil change in December would lead to a total engine failure by February. I want to personally investigate the service records from your December 9th visit and understand exactly what occurred during that diagnostic. I have reached out, and came up to the service center multiple times for the service department to just continue any wrongdoing or take any accountability any accountability here I sit over a month later with no vehicle again. Very sad being that I had no issues with my car until I brought it there and within two months my car had no oil and the engine is blown and you want me to pay $8k

Sexysweet.31, thank you for the feedback—and I’m glad to hear you found our team nice and helpful. You also asked a fair question: a tire rotation is not just spinning the tire. We physically remove the wheels/tires and move them to different positions on the vehicle (front-to-rear and/or cross-rotation depending on the tire type and drivetrain), then torque the lug nuts to spec and reset any service indicators as needed. I’m also sorry about the inconvenience with the glass arriving broken and then the clips/grips being removed—that’s not the experience we want for you. If you share the date of your visit (or your RO number) we’ll review the notes and make sure everything is handled correctly this time, with clear communication before your vehicle is returned. — Mark Foster, Service Manager
