This dealership is new to me I just moved here from out of state. I’ve dealt with Service Managers Anthony and now Leslie. They both were fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Also Chris drive me home and he was friendly and a great example of your awesome employees. Also Carlos who brought my car to me after you were finished even he was courteous and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with all the work that’s been done by you on my car. You guys are great. Thank you keep it up!! More

I am disappointed in the Service I received this time. I asked for prices a head of work but did not receive until engine dismantled. Delivery dates where implied but not delivered. The first time I l I asked for prices a head of work but did not receive until engine dismantled. Delivery dates where implied but not delivered. The first time I left for repairs was for 4 days. Did not fix. The Second time I left was for five days. Finally looks like they might have fixed my problem, Service light has not come back on yet. I feel I my vehicle was put aside until the mechanic had nothing better to do. For a simple service engine soon light. I took to dealer because you service this vehicle a lot and should know what was wrong quicker. I have had other vehicles at Mark Christopher before and received better results. I hope this was an isolated issue. More

The process to make an appointment and get service was solid until.... When I returned to pickup my truck the NIGHTMARE began. I waited over THIRTY (30) minutes for my truck to be brought out. The woman solid until.... When I returned to pickup my truck the NIGHTMARE began. I waited over THIRTY (30) minutes for my truck to be brought out. The woman taking payment came out after TWENTY (20) minutes to see what was happening, all while employees are walking around everywhere. TERRIBLE Service!!!!! More
