Both Tony and Jim from West Metro treated us very well and helped us with trading in our inferior car that we purchased from next door and get into an Encore which we consider to be a Cadillac compared to the Trax. We got in and out of the dealership very quickly signing paperwork and they had our car waiting warm and ready to go just outside the door. Tony also got in the car with us to explain all the features of the car and sync my phone to the Bluetooth of the car. Very friendly all the way around and we would and have recommended our friends to purchase their next vehicle at West Metro. More
