Disappointed with the follow-up service on the purchase of the new YUKON we purchased. I've called Jeremy Erickson twice leaving a voice-mail requesting the certificate with no return call. I've called and spoke with Tony LaPlant to please follow-up on the certificate 2 days ago and have had no call back. If it wasn't for this issue I would recommend West Metro Buick for a purchase of a vehicle. We were very happy with them except for this issue. More
