I had the worst experience ever at Weston Nissan service department. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, which ended up taking over 3 and a half hours. What made the situation worse was department. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, which ended up taking over 3 and a half hours. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. No one kept me updated on the status of my vehicle the entire time. After waiting for about 2 hours, I noticed that customers who arrived both before and after me — for the same exact service — were already leaving. That was extremely frustrating. When I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on, the representative appeared to be on his personal phone and acted like I was bothering him. He told me it would be “15 more minutes,” but I ended up waiting another full hour with no updates. At the end, they gave me a $15 discount, but that did not make up for the poor service, lack of professionalism, and wasted time. I left feeling very disappointed, upset, and honestly discouraged from ever coming back. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve had. Confirmation Code: X07G7VDDG7 More
