I am so grateful for the service I received as I purchased my first Subaru today. Jerry Johnson was incredibly kind and went over everything about my car with me and kept me updated on how things we purchased my first Subaru today. I watched him effortlessly rotate between three clients at the same time and I never felt ignored or abandoned. Sales experience was the best I've ever had at a dealership. The problem I have is with service. I'm told that the repair will take one and hour over the phone and when I get there I was told it wil dealership. The problem I have is with service. I'm told that the repair will take one and hour over the phone and when I get there I was told it will take many more hours. This isn't the first problem I've had with the service department. I had a warrentialbe malfunction and I stated "this is dangerous" and they agreed I asked for a loner and they said they wouldn't have one for two weeks. I was told to come back in two weeks. The service department is very nice but I can't believe how little they communicate and make promises that they can't fulfill. I won't be buying another Subaru. More
