The dealer was clear with the price of the car and the fees involved with the purchase. No charged for bogus extra fees and the salesperson, Tommy Gard, was prompt, courteous and professional with the tra fees involved with the purchase. We were told we needed a low pressure fuel pump. About $1200. We were told it would be ready by late Friday. We did not receive a call so I called at 5pm and was told we would also need a high press About $1200. We were told it would be ready by late Friday. We did not receive a call so I called at 5pm and was told we would also need a high pressure fuel pump. About $1800 more dollars. We were told it wouldn't be ready for a couple of more days. We have had similar issues with the AC. We were told what world fix the problem only to have the same issue a few days later and were charged additional money. The splash guard needed to be replaced, we were told it was replaced and it fell off, took it back and was told it was fixed only to have it fail again. Was told they just tried to put new bolts on instead of new parts. Needless to say, I think the service department needs new equipment or new operators to get the job done right the first time. More
