His name was recommended by one of my friends, and I was fortunate enough to have worked with him for my first BMW new car Flemington BMW dealership. Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and always accessible for any concerns and questions I, as a customer had for him. He spent some good amount of time providing me with useful information and going over all of the car's specification on the day of its delivery. It's not always easy to find a good sales agent at a car dealership who can be friendly and approachable for any information. I recommend him, and I'm sure I would want to work with him again for future purchase of BMWs. Beyond that, I also found other employees at Flemington Dealership quite helpful and sincere to deal with. The facility and building itself is very specious and comfortable. Even though it may not be the closest BMW around your home, it's worth the extra miles to drive in and deal with great people as opposed to Edison Open Road. More

Very swift and efficient process with both Tom and Finance. Answered all questions thoroughly. Worked with another BMW dealer 5 years ago and nowhere near as thorough and helpful. After having 3 Audis it was time for a change..I was new to BMW and had no idea where to begin. I worked with Tom Terrill from start to finish who was FANTASTIC! Not once did I feel pressured to lease or bu to BMW and had no idea where to begin. I worked with Tom Terrill from start to finish who was FANTASTIC! Not once did I feel pressured to lease or buy. He calculated and explained in detail four different financial options for me to choose from so I would feel comfortable with the monthly payment. He constantly kept me updated on the status of the car, and took care of all my Audi lease paperwork so switching to BMW was an absolute breeze. He thoroughly explained the difference between each car, as well as each package that is offered..it was so, so easy and not at all stressful. I picked up my car a few days later, and he carefully explained every form I had to sign, and then explained what every single button in the car did. I would have been absolutely lost without his guidance!! I left the dealership feeling confident in understanding what the car had to offer, and he even gave a check up call the next day to see if I had any concerns. Flemington BMW is awesome, free car washes for the entire time I have the car! Tom also went out of his way and returned my old license plates during his break! Seriously, Flemington BMW was incredible, and when you go, you HAVE to work with Tom!! He is hands down the best, truly cares about the customer and what they want, and it is truly genuine. Definitely sticking with BMW now, and ask for Tom when you go!! More

This is the second new BMW that we purchased with Tom Terrill. Tom always keeps us updated with phone calls. He is very knowledgeable about BMW's. We always look at car colors on the road and pick out our own color but Tom very patiently helped us pick out the interior color. He always remembers us when we call him for whatever reason. We also have our 10 year old Z3 serviced at Flemington BMW. It is a unique and comfortable experience taking our cars for servicing. In summation, we are extremely happy with the Flemington BMW dealership sales and service department. In the past (since 1968), we have always had Volvo's. The last Volvo we purchased was in 1999. We had trouble with both the vehicle and the dealership. More
