Prior to joining Conley Subaru, I worked for a major electronics retailer for over 20yrs, and spent 16 of those years working with Automotive Electronics with an emphasis on being able to explain technology to customers that don't always understand how it works. With my position here, I am a specialist in Subaru Technology, I work with customers to understand their new or used vehicle technology, and I am here to help them when they don't understand some of the technology in the vehicle.

I purchased extended maintenance and warranties when I purchased my Outback car from them in 2021. Every time I take my car in, have to prove that I have it. And then it doesn’t cover what I was led to b purchased my Outback car from them in 2021. Every time I take my car in, have to prove that I have it. And then it doesn’t cover what I was led to believe. Their system never seems to save that information. It is very frustrating. For that reason I would not recommend them and I will not ever purchase anything like that again. As far as the actual service on my car, I have no complaints. More

Our expierence with conley subaru was a pleasure. i don't like to haggle and I found the deal making very easy and direct. They were willing to work with us. And the representative Kevin was a very pa i don't like to haggle and I found the deal making very easy and direct. They were willing to work with us. And the representative Kevin was a very patient young man. We are not the easiest people to deal with when big money is envolved. We bought a 2025 premium forester safety was our main concern and reliability. Tom showed us all the rechnology that our new car has. And he was helpful in syncing our phone and and radio and time click and other things to give us a worry free ride without homework lol. I hope and pray we get the same expierence with service department when the time comes. And we got to be a part of share the love and donate to make a wish in the process. More

Very nice folks at the dealership. My biggest ask was to not spend hours sitting while waiting on paperwork. They had me in and out in less than an hour!
