Erik really dug in to understand my needs and found the right vehicle for me, Tom helped with the process and found us an amazing deal. One of the things I am most impressed with is their delivery on amazing service after the vehicle was purchased. The few times I have been for service on my vehicle since purchase they have shown me a great customer experience and delivered on every promise that was made at the time of purchase! Can't say enough how happy I am that I bought a Toyota from the Alan Nott dealership and was helped by Erik and Tom! More

Hands down best experience I've had at a car dealership Lets face it. When it comes to purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, there are a couple things all of us want: Friendly, proactive customer service Lets face it. When it comes to purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, there are a couple things all of us want: Friendly, proactive customer service, and a good freakin' deal. At AllanNott I got both, immediately. I told them about how well I knew car salesman tactics and how much research I did. Without hesitation we sat down and I got a bottom line price with a salesman who was clear, upfront, and completely personable. My salesman and now good buddy of mine was Erik Haselton. He is a no BS guy, who knows the cars in and out, legitimately. Then when I sat down and the pricing was a little different than we talked about, he stood by his initial offer without hesitation (there's always a little bit of disconnect between the salesman and the financier). I walked out with a gorgeous car, for dramatically less than the sticker price (including multiple warranties). When I told them what I wanted, Sales Manager Tom Pseekos immidiately took it upon himself to track, locate, and get the car their ASAP. They actually had a guy drive it throughout the evening to get it there on time. Then I stopped in to do financing, blinked, and it was over. Finance Director Jason Miller completed the paperwork in minutes, then, when I was a little confused on pricing, he called up his chain of command to hook me up with a couple instant cash off offers. OH! and I have to add, Erik also hooked me up with complimentary window tinting after I told him how interesting it was that cars don't come tinted from the dealership these days... and they did a fantastic job... All in all it was a fantastic deal done with an excellent and well versed team of professionals. Erik even drove the car to my house to drop it off then explained that if I ever need assistance with the MANY Prius 4 electronics, he would come by to help me out... nice... And it your looking for a Prius, GET IT, don't look back (I am a truck/diesel guy and always have been), they are amazing cars and AllanNott Will hook you up! also, just get the Four Touring, its worth the money... Good Relationship Was having trouble getting in and out of my Avalon. The guys brought out a Rav4 and it was the car I needed. Purchased a van in 2009 (serviced there), went back to negotiate on an SUV, was assured they gave us the most for the 2009 which was in exceptional condition. The next day it was listed not for the 12,900 or 13,900 Tom said was the MOST he could ask for it. Instead it was listed for $16,000 and stated to be a superb vehicle. NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY! More

The staff at the dealership always goes above and beyond to provide the best buying experience possible. After the car purchase the people in parts and service continue that experience as I have observed after buying my first car in 2007 from Eric Martin, now the General Manager. People of note this time were George, Jon, Tom, Jason, Eric and Krista - thanks to all of you. This car is so amazing I doubt I will ever conquer all of the technology but I am trying and today am adding some accessories. Thanks again:) More
