Once again, I had an excellent purchase experience at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. He showed perfect command of product knowledge and their current inventory, so I was quickly matched with the perfect vehicle for me. He had it pulled around to the showroom area so that I could inspect it first hand, sit in it, and verify its features. After I agreed to purchase, he set up an appointment for the following morning for me to take delivery. I arrived at the dealership the following morning at the appointed time, and the car was ready for me--immaculately clean both inside and out. The Finance expert, Gary O'Callaghan, moved me through the paperwork, carefully explaining each document and figure. In a short time, I was seated in my new vehicle with Tom listening to his thorough explanation of how to operate all the bells and whistles on the car. I was soon ready to embark on my new ownership experience, and pulled happily out of the dealership. The car rides like a dream--powerful, quiet, and very very comfortable. I couldn't be more pleased with it, and with Wilde Lexus. I will certainly go back again when it's time for another vehicle. More

Tom's overall knowledge of the vehicles is fantastic. He took his time to explain and answer all our questions even though we came in close to closing time, we never felt rushed. we have had 4 Lexus's previously and yet he told us things about the abilities of the car that we didn't know. He was willing to answer all our questions and not make us feel silly for not knowing. We have worked with Gary O'Callahan many times in the past. He helps with the entire financial process and beyond. Gary has gone out of his way to make sure our expectations are not only met but exceeded. We are truly amazed how he always makes the financial end of purchasing a car such a smooth experience.
