I also have to say the organization as a whole is exceptionally well run, making purchasing, learning about your vehicle (especially important today with all the new technology), and servicing the car as easy as possible. This makes a huge dealership feel like your dealing with a small one where you are known and treated like a friend. All the people you come in contact with are very professional. More

He never applies any pressure and is always willing to take as much time as needed to put the customer at ease. Tom sincerely wants to build a long-term relationship with each customer, and he knows that to do so, he has to make the experience pain and regret-free for the customer. Finance Manager Chuck Johnson makes the paperwork session pain-free as well. He quickly processes through the pile of forms and documents, explaining them thoroughly but not excessively. And although this is the stage when money changes hands, Chuck's sense of humor and friendliness overcomes any distress on the customer's part. Delivery Specialist Bill Longo takes the indecipherable mass of new equipment and controls and makes it understandable for the new owner. He takes his time, answers questions knowledgeably, and never fails to bring understanding of vehicle systems and processes.
