Nate Hale and the rest of the service department is top notch compared to other dodge dealer services. I would continue to go ther to get my charger, ram and jeep serviced. I would rather go to another dodge dealer to buy my vehicle, and get it serviced at Mt. Ephraim. Sales department seems they don't want to negotiate and their first set of numbers is always the final number. So I avoid the sales department because of their hard pricing stance and sales practices of everything being a "last call, they aren't making any more". Because customers can come back an buy other types of vehicles. More
