Extended Performance, which is not available at most Service Garages and your Service Manager has no problem with i like to use my own oil Mobil ! The dealership started out being pretty good for me I purchased 2 vehicles since 2022. I recently acquired a brand new 2023 Durango with 0 mileage and less then 30 days after purchase the vechiles power purchased 2 vehicles since 2022. I recently acquired a brand new 2023 Durango with 0 mileage and less then 30 days after purchase the vechiles power source shutdown while I was driving. Took the vechile in and nothing was detected just loose connections. Less the 30 days later the same problem occurred with the vehicle going dead while driving in traffic. Also, my vechile has a strange metal rattling sound that the service tech seem not to figure out. Now today my radio screen has gone out and is displaying a sign saying power surge on usb hud detected . At this point the car appears to be a terrible purchase and the service team can’t identify the issues I’m experiencing. Not to mention the sales rep who sold me the car has gone mia after the second incident. More
