Bozard is committed to drive you nuts and tick you off I say bozard is very committed and very lifting when it comes to a vehicle purchase. They mean nothing but the best, to get you into the car you want. Of course depending on your credit and your approach to purchase a vehicle should be with a down payment. I presented a rating from a previous dealer date stamped to give an idea what the dealer might be looking forward to when it comes to working with the banks and loans. I guess what I'm trying to say is if you know where you stand with credit worthiness, stick to your guns don't give in. Not always it is as we want or even what is presented. Then again do not let anyone feed you lies, "magic" cannot be made with financing and regardless of the type of "guys" they have; nothing but a ordinary dealership here. Jesse the GM was "disappointed" because I wrote a review expressing facts. News flash, it's a cold world out there! Like I said, you all picked the wrong individual. After presenting my paperwork to Bozard and going into details with what I had experienced with 3 previous dealerships. Tony Sales manager was confident he was able to get me into the car I wanted. I made it very clear if they fed me lies I was going to be very upset. But of course not being too knowledgeable about purchasing a vehicle you leave it to the pros "so you think"... He came back with 4K down, well more dowm than the rest of the dealerships I had worked with for the same vehicle price range and ironically more for my trade with Bozard. I turned blue, green, then red- I knowingly told them exactly why I didn't want to move forward well Tony presented a situation where you just can't turn down especially for a vehicle you been waiting to purchase 3 dealerships and 3 headaches ago. His response "i just dont know why they need that much down" I automatically knew I was worthless to them; since I had intitially expressed no down, no co-singer. I was upfront and honest. I am very realistic person, before Bozard I knew I had to work on my credit and convinced myself I couldn't buy a vehicle and moved on... What really bothers me about this all is, i didn't not want any other vehicle that I made clear, I did not have down payment I also made that clear, my ex girlfriend is my current co-signer and what more would a man want to get rid of the drama in his life for a vehicle that's attached to the only person that drives him nuts! Getting chewed out by her on top of the nonsense Ive had to put up with.. not worth it at all. I advised I wouldn't review, however it wouldn't be fair to me. They get the same respect they give me NONE! Some might think "he's mad because he couldn't qualify" or "was broke".... I KNEW ALL THIS BEFORE THESE PEOPLE GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND THEN HAD NO BUSINESS WITH ME! Everyone involved that I spoke with are attached to this except Bo Bozard and Letti Bozard, the owners should be aware but not pay the consequences hence a 5 star rating for both. I'm sorry but this was a nightmare and had to make my point VERY CLEAR! More

Top-Notch Customer Service Bozard is now the new standard of how every company should interact with its customers. The experience since the beginning has been superior. To me, t Bozard is now the new standard of how every company should interact with its customers. The experience since the beginning has been superior. To me, they are the Gold Standard. After starting the search for a new car- I naturally went to my local dealer in Orlando. I found myself questioning and disenfranchised with the car buying experience they were creating- let's face it- we want it to be an experience. After all, this is an investment and we are all looking for a positive and transparent experience and transaction. Needless to say, our realistic expectations were not being met in our local area. After sharing our thoughts and disbelief with our friends who happen to be recent Bozard customers, they referred us to Lee Brewer at Bozard. Their excitement and enthusiasm for the dealership sold us. After a few short emails, we were connected with Lee. He and Tom Krell worked with us via email and phone and streamlined the entire process with ease. There were no harassing calls, no pressure tactics, and any gimmicks. Just an authentic way of doing business. Remember what I mentioned about transparency? They provided me quotes via email- they even went above and beyond and sought out as many incentives as possible that I qualified for and made sure I was getting the best deal (this was not happening locally). They even provided multiple options so we could decide what would fit our needs. Let me not forget, we were also trading in a car. After we agreed on everything, a quick phone call and a verbal handshake, the car we wanted was put aside for us for a few days until we could make the trip up there. After that call, Tanya Tomanek from Lincoln concierge was calling to set up our reservations for dinner and our stay while we were in town. A pleasant and wonderful surprise...#LincolnDateNight it became. When we arrived in town, the car was detailed, paperwork waiting for us and we were ready to go. A total no pressure environment. This is what a car buying experience should look like, at least what we all hope for. But it didn't end there⦠after the paperwork was completed, we were greeted by Henry Rowe...he met with us and gave us a full run down of the car. He set up our orientation guide and set up the car with all of our settings. The tutorial was great and another classic example of exemplary customer service from every angle. 8 Things we Learned from this Experience: We learned a lot of things from this experience. 1. There is an authentic way of doing business- we just have been misled due to negative past interactions. 2. Customer service is key to building a true relationship- one that can be built upon with honesty and transparency. 3. Be open to new experiences and be willing to go against the grain- not all dealerships are the same. 4. This is a family owned dealership- there is pride in it and they show that in the way they value their customers, YES, Value! 5. There is always an opportunity to go above and beyond- this is what sets others apart from the pack- Bozard is that experience everyone should be modeling. 6. Relax, car buying can and should be fun! 7. Do your research, get informed and ask questions. 8. Don't settle for convenient. We travelled 120 miles to get to Bozard- the experience they provide does not have a price tag. Final note- after driving with the same brand for 9 years (Lexus), I am happy, honored and proud to be in a Bozard Lincoln. This was more than just a transaction, this is now a relationship. We look forward to being part of the Bozard family in the years to come! Thank you for everything team! More

Pleasant Surprise After looking at dealerships in my area (Clay, Duval) and being disappointed with the pricing, I recalled a friend had said he had purchase a vehicle After looking at dealerships in my area (Clay, Duval) and being disappointed with the pricing, I recalled a friend had said he had purchase a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln in St. Augustine and was very happy with his purchase. After going on Bozard's website, I was impressed with the offers on their Lincoln MKX's. I left an inquiry on their website and was contacted in the morning by Lee Brewer. Right away he checked on the availability of the vehicles I was interested in. By lunch I met with Lee and test drove an MKX and later in the day I drove home with my new MKX. With Bozard's discounts and rebates I was very happy with our transaction and will gladly recommend Bozard Ford Lincoln. The atmosphere at Bozard is friendly, no pressure and down to earth.
