This Kenosha dealership refused to submit my diagnosis to Honda for coverage under the extended warranty regarding the Piston rings, Martin Silva in the service department stated that if they did it would be Honda for coverage under the extended warranty regarding the Piston rings, Martin Silva in the service department stated that if they did it would be fraud. I shared past documents with Kevin Zatz that evidence a history of oil fouled spark plugs, coil replacement and issues with the purge valve. Over the past few years we have had to periodically replace spark plugs and coil as the check engine light indicated misfires and even had to have it towed once when it broke down. I brought in the warranty letter we received from Honda Corporate regarding the Piston Ring extended warranty and I knew my car was once again indicating a P0301 code after stopping at an Autozone store to scan. I felt frustrated to have a legitimate problem with something that Honda knows is an issue (thus the extended warranty) and to be turned away by this service department with the added insult of accusing me of doing something fraudulent. In the end after trying to state my case and advocate for the necessary repairs, I was asked not to return to their dealership as if I were the problem and was told that no dealership would fix it. I felt disrespected, belittled and publicly humiliated that these things were stated in front of other customers and I left with a car that Kenosha Honda would not stand behind. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Honda dealerships over the past 20 years having owned 4 Honda vehicles. If this is the type of service Kenosha Honda provides, I would find it hard to ever use the dealership again despite the fact that the service man asked me not to return; and I will actively communicate that message to the circle of people around me. More

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Honda of Kenosha. I brought forward an issue with my brand-new Honda vehicle that was clearly due to a factory defect. Despite being under warranty when the issue first began, the dealership delayed resolution and now refuses to service my car. Rodney Porter and the team repeatedly stated that I was not returning calls, when in fact I called Honda Corporate many times and left multiple messages, all documented in my case file. I am a full-time student and a mother of three, and I’ve done everything I can to resolve this situation responsibly. Instead of assisting with a fair resolution, they pressured me to return the loaner vehicle without finalizing a plan to repair my car. I’ve now been left without reliable transportation, without my car repaired, and without support from the very dealership that sold me the vehicle. I expected far better from a Honda dealership, especially one representing a brand that prides itself on quality and customer care. I would not recommend Honda of Kenosha based on this experience. More

I had an issue after I brought my CRV in for auto butler & the radar unit was disengaged. After trouble shooting the existing unit they determined the unit needed to be replaced. Rodney made me feel like a & the radar unit was disengaged. After trouble shooting the existing unit they determined the unit needed to be replaced. Rodney made me feel like a very valued customer with excellent communications via calls & text messages. The service director Todd approved the installation of a new unit& covered the cost. Thanks 🙏🏻 so much again for the prompt service & making sure my CRV is safe to drive! More
