I’ve always had good service here, except this time, I feel ripped off and they weren’t transparent like they used to be. I went in for an oil change and coolant flush but was told had a leak and need a n feel ripped off and they weren’t transparent like they used to be. I went in for an oil change and coolant flush but was told had a leak and need a new timing belt etc, quoted $1500 for the repair, I hesitated due to price, service advisor then went to speak with manager and came back and said they’ll waive the oil change and coolant saving me about $300. I asked to see it in writing for the line items that needed repaired did not receive it. Afterwards I looked at the work order and they sold me an entire timing belt package which also included water pump, coolant etc. so I feel like I was lied to about coolant flush being waived since it’s part of the package they upsold, and I wasn’t told I needed water pump or other extras, I was under the impression that the one item that was leaking was $1500, if I would’ve gotten a written line item for issues I could see clearly like how they did previously, left a bad taste in my mouth, very disappointed, I expected better service like all the times before that I’ve been here, felt taken advantaged of More
