When we first arrived we were a little taken back as we had been to several dealerships and they took us to the vehicles we were interested in but we were taken to the salesperson. We sat down with Michael had been to several dealerships and they took us to the vehicles we were interested in but we were taken to the salesperson. We sat down with Michael and he asked what we were interested in. We told him and he started asking for paperwork such as check stubs and having us fill out papers. We weren't sure what exactly was happening because we wanted to look at a couple vehicles. He stepped away for a bit which at this time was talking to the finance person. He later returned and told us what car we could get in and we test drove it. The car wasnt one on our list but we fell in love with it. The experience was a smooth and quick experience. Michael and Tyler were awesome! Very helpful once we knew what was going on. We love our Trax. More

I came into the service department because I was losing air in my tire. They inspected the tire and was able to salvage with a patch up instead of having to spend over $100 on a new tire. Most confusing car purchase i have ever done. Salesman Tyler was knowledgeable and effective, It was down hill from there, the finance man was rude and condescending. I don't feel he adequately explained the numbers at all. I had to ask him for my bill of sale and other papers, he was sending me home empty handed. When car arrived from Jim Butler Centralia mo...the A/C wasn't working. There was no freon and this is a new car. I'm sure many people had been involved with this car at this point and no one knew it was 90 degrees plus... So a courier brought it to the house after it was fixed, when he took dealer plates off, there were no temp tags ( could this be the responsibility of fiance guy, i think so) so courier had to go back to dealership to get such tags. So that is the explanation why they got such a low rating. More
