Over the years, we have always been satisfied with the level of service provided. Recently, they have gone above and beyond to ensure our vehicles are well-maintained, understanding how important it is for us to keep them in the family for as long as possible. The service advisors are excellent in reviewing the service history of our vehicles, giving us recommendations tailored to our needs and go through the pros and cons of our different options and communicate in a way that we never feel like we’re being hustled. Communication among the staff is also great.  You can really see that they are a cohesive team, which makes the entire experience smooth and efficient. More

They use to have a guy there that greeted people and now he was eliminated. They didn’t acknowledge me at all when I walked in. They had four people working and made me wait quite a while before even checking me in. I was early. I spent 2 and a half hours in a waiting area with no cell service and crappy WiFi. Had I known I wouldn’t have opted to wait. More
