My most recent purchase was a used GMC Canyon. Justin Parrish and Tim Wallace knew what I was looking for and the price range I needed to be in, found what I wanted, and got me in it. Unfortunately, it had a sensor that went bad, but everything is fixed and I'm enjoying my truck. This was the second vehicle I've purchased from Jimmy Britt Chevy, and they would be my first stop if I need another. No dealership is perfect. No sales associate is perfect. If you are shopping for a Corvette- you've found your dealer. I was looking everywhere...some luxury car dealers would have a nice Corvette on their used lot, but no one knew anything about the car or a dealer. Or, I'd go to the mega dealers (in my case Hendrick) and get run through their choreographed sales grinder marathon. Numerous people, multiple meetings and never feeling like a customer. Like the old quote...getting a final offer is eating ice cream with a knitting needle! BUT, I reached out to Britt eventhogh they were 3 hours away and got the best of both worlds. They had a better selection than the mega mills, but the hospitality you don't expect when buying a car. They have been wonderful. Tim Wallace is the guy to call. He won't waste your time. I know because he does not drag you through all of the usual car buying marathon. He located the car I wanted, at the best price and went above and beyond with my trade. Manny followed up with an equally professional presentation. You should at least call Tim before you let the mega stores wear you down and take the fun out of what should be an exciting event.
