Good morning, I leased my RDX in 2019 with the intention to keep leasing the RDX. However, because of change in economy, I purchased the RDX. to keep leasing the RDX. However, because of change in economy, I purchased the RDX. During the period of 2019 till present I have been servicing the RDX at Island ACURA. There is one word that describes their service...AWESOME. From the initial purchase Tim Timco was always courteous & helpful. During the COVID / Service/purchase of our RDX. Tim would have my RDX picked up and serviced. Especially when I purchased the RDX he processed all the documentation...all I had to do is Sign & Pay. Joe Robinson has been servicing the RDX since 2019, always been courteous, understanding and helpful to satisfy my requests. Currently Joe Robinson is trying to schedule an ACURA Representative to review my complaint of "Moonroof Constant Creaking". In summary, I am 85 years old and I have found a home at Island ACURA.
