Tim was extremely nice, patient and very knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at. I test drove 4 different trucks before deciding on the truck I purchased. When it came to financing Chris was great at explaining the terms of the loan and made me feel confident I made a good deal. Overall my experience was excellent! Tim not only assisted me with the test drive but he was also very accommodating when it came to all the questions I had about the Sync system. He has also been instrumental in helping me meet my budget and make a deal which is extremely fair for both sides. In our different exchanges (person to person, over the phone and via e-mail) Tim has proved to be not only very knowledgeable about the product but also very trustworthy and diligent, which I really appreciate. I had a trade-in vehicle that was promptly assessed and given a trade-in value as part of the deal. We negotiated an acceptable purchase price and proceeded with the purchase. They also provided me with a no questions asked test drive by myself, not only twice but an extended second drive to show my wife the car and let her drive it as well. There was no hard sell tactics and everyone was very professional and courteous during the entire sales process.
