It would not start the other day and they said the battery was low so instead of replacing it, they charged it. With the recent lawsuit (I have a 2015 Forester that had battery issues), I would think they would be more concerned about this issue, especially since they determined nothing was draining it. I have 4 kids and cannot be stuck somewhere with a car that will not start because they did not want to replace a battery. More

The tire got blown out on the highway. Granite Subaru was able to get my car in that day and get new tires and an alignment done. The service was great, the waiting room was stellar, and T Granite Subaru was able to get my car in that day and get new tires and an alignment done. I ended up needing a loaner car which was easy to do and the next day Tim called me to say that my car was done early. Awesome job. I highly recommend Granite Subaru's service department. More
