Love my Toyota, but enjoyed the Honda dealership more. Rep walked away when I was trying to explain situation. When I brought it to his attention, he asked if I was having a bad day. Tim McFadden assisted me for my first service at Findlay Toyota. He explained what was being done and I felt that I was in good hands. It was a quick, first service and a good experience for me. You can get coffee, tea, water, and, if you are hungry, can buy an assortment of snacks and food items. It is a convenience for its customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced, or maybe you are looking to buy a vehicle. And, Richard Runion (he sold me the vehicle) came by to say “hi.” It is really nice to be acknowledged. The service area, customer waiting area, and sales area are kept clean. When I first pulled into the service area a very nice porter greeted me and helped me get started with service, and let Tim McFadden know I was there for my appointment. Findlay Toyota’s service department is organized, as is its internet sales department. I am very happy to do business with it, and will definitely return when my vehicle needs further service. More
