Best Experience Ever I searched for a vehicle locally and could not find the deal I wanted. I went out a little further and found the price and vehicle I wanted at Holm Au I searched for a vehicle locally and could not find the deal I wanted. I went out a little further and found the price and vehicle I wanted at Holm Automotive! I went to the dealership under the impression I would be treated like I have been at every other dealership as a dollar sign, that was not the case at all. Jerry was more than helpful when we arrived and he helped me get the car I wanted on hold while I waited for my insurance check to clear my bank account. When I returned I waited for just a little while and during that time something that has never happened to me at a dealership happened. The owner came and talked to me and asked how everything was going and was building a rapport with me. It was great!! Once the finance portion was done (which JR is absolutely great at explaining every little bit so I didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of) Jill helped me with getting comfortable with my new car! I will definetley be returning to Holm Automotive in the future to purchase another vehicle and I will tell every one I know about their great service all around! More

Blessings!!! After a 6 month job assignment in Colorado and me flying back and forth to visit every 2 weeks, my husband and I were finally on our way home to India After a 6 month job assignment in Colorado and me flying back and forth to visit every 2 weeks, my husband and I were finally on our way home to Indiana. On our second day of travel his vehicle started 'driving' weird. When we finally decided to stop and get help , we were blessed to only be a block from HOLM Automotive Center!! It was New Years Eve (2018) so we had to wait 2 days but the customer service was well worth it!! As soon as we got there at 8am my husband was greeted by Matt who listened and kindly aided my husband to the service department. At this point Greg took over. As i waited in the customer lobby a very kind gentleman walked up to me and wished me a happy New Year's!! This was the nicest gesture and I knew we were okay. (I later found out that this was the owner Tim who had wished me a Happy New Year) Phil was the pleasant gentleman that drove us back to the hotel while his car was being worked on. During our wait time Greg kept my husband informed via phone of what problems we had to look forward to having fixed. Before showing up in Abilene, Kansas we were already prayed up and God directed us straight to Holm Automotive Center!!
