We called and asked about a new vehicle and while they did not have exactly what we were looking for, the salesman, Kent, found several for us at other dealers that they could trade for. Kent made every effort to give us a good deal on not only the new car but on our trade-in. The owner, Tim, came to greet us and J.R., went over all the paperwork to make sure we had no questions. Just great service all the way around. No wonder it’s the third vehicle we have purchased from Holm Automotive in Abilene. More

I was treated like I have purchased many vehicles from them, when this was my first. When I entered the lot I was greeted by salesperson Jerry Keck, that was it, he was wonderful, he introduced me to the owners and many of his co-workers. Just know, I had to make several trips, my choice, I actually gave, when Jerry called me to inform me about the incentives that Chevy Tahoes came out with, none of the other dealers did, 6 weeks later I purchased the new Tahoe. I felt so comfortable with Jerry at Holm that I was willing to wait to purchase my vehicle from only Holm Automotive at Abilene Kansas. More

With 2 kids in back we knew must find a place to look at the issue. We stumbled upon Holm Automotive in Abilene and were greeted with the utmost level of service. They understood our time crunch to get to the wedding rehearsal and diagnosed the issue extremely quick. They then set us up with a rental for us to get to rehearsal and were able to fix issue the next day on a Saturday. The two service consultants did a great job of communicating our situation and took the added stress out of situation. To top off the high level of service, when we returned the rental on Sunday and left keys in drop box. We realized that we left a cell phone in car. We called Jamie our service consultant to see if he could mail the phone the next day when they opened. But instead Jamie called the owner Tim, and he was there in 5 min to get our keys!! Truly above and beyond from what we could have asked for! More

As they were specialty tires, they were not in stock in anywhere nearby, but I was able to get tires shipped overnight. The team installed the new tires as soon as they arrived on Friday morning, allowing me to finish my cross country road trip. They were exceptionally friendly and worked hard to ensure I didn't have to wait until the following Monday to resolve my issue. More
