Ross stopped by and said hi also which was nice and apologized that Matt Holm was not there that day. After we were finished with the paperwork with JR, Kent was a very good salesman in selling the onstar service which we are still enjoying and he was extremely helpful in getting it all set up for us including helping us with the onstar setup call in the car. We had a great experience, Thank you to everyone, and for the popcorn too and balloons for our kids. More

Purchase of Pickup - Dec. 31, 2019 Arrived at the dealership at 2pm and it was the last day of the year and the dealership was very busy. Chuck our sales person had vehicles ready for us to test drive when we arrived and worked with us untill we had selected the vehicle to purchase. Chuck stayed while the paperwork was being processed. Tim the owner came by and talked with us and thanked us for the purchase. The final step of payment was very easy and all paperwork was clearly explained. The overall experience was excellent. My family has purchased many vehicles from Chuck and Holm Automotive and the experience and professionalism is always the same - EXCELLENT!!!!!! More

The dealership facility was big-city modern and the people were small-town friendly. I had previously researched the market value of the truck we bought, and the price was reasonable and so was the trade-in value they gave us. At age 70, I've bought and sold many vehicles in my time, and this was the friendliest dealership I have ever encountered--the kind of place you want to re-visit. Five stars. More
