I knew what car I wanted and he ensured I got exactly what I wanted without up-selling me I worked with Tim Gilbert at Weber Chevrolet in Creve Coeur. I knew what car I wanted and he ensured I got exactly what I wanted without up-selling me on features I didn't need or want. Tim was considerate and very honest with me. He worked with me to get the payment I wanted and was great at educating me on the all tech with my new car. I arrived late to pick up my car and Tim and the team multi-tasked and worked together to get everything done and still allow me time to think, ask questions, and get answers. Tim even stayed late to make sure I had the car set up before leaving the lot. The only feedback I have, which i will keep in mind next time i buy a car, is it just as important to me to have a sense of trust with the sales team as it is with the finance team. I did not have the same level of trust with the finance person as I did with Tim which I struggled with. I should have waited for the person in finance I had met and was comfortable to be working with instead of working with who was available. More
