I brought my car in after explaining to them that I wanted the front end and brakes checked only to have them call back and say I needed tires. This I already knew. The service advisors, Zachary & Tim, were very poor at communicating. They did not keep me informed via phone calls or texts despite my requests. When I called they were often unable to provide requested communicating. They did not keep me informed via phone calls or texts despite my requests. When I called they were often unable to provide requested info about the repairs except for very general info. And when the initial repair attempt did not work, it took 3 more days to get the second repair completed. I had to keep calling them for any info. Eventually, Zack actually did get more detailed info to me after I contacted him. More

I am on a 7 hour drive, driving north about 3/4s of the way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in a panic. Worried about cost, was i going to make my friends wedding..... So I'm sure i was difficult to handle. But this is why I'm leaving this review, they were so nice and so upbeat that I felt they were truly there to help. Which I believe that kind of customer service is so hard to get.
