Pleasant used car buying; they bought me a new tire I originally went to the dealership to look at an Outlander PHEV. It would have been my 5th plug-in vehicle but the model was being updated for 2019 I originally went to the dealership to look at an Outlander PHEV. It would have been my 5th plug-in vehicle but the model was being updated for 2019 some time next year. I had been looking at Tesla's for years but buying one was never quite in the cards. They have an amazing assortment of lease-return Tesla Model S's -- over a dozen of them. I bought a red one years ahead of when I thought it would fit into my budget. Tiki was very pleasant to work with and I got a good price. Zakk had helped me originally and was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The total time purchasing the vehicle was painfully long. The next morning I found the rear tire was absolutely flat when all I did was drive straight home. The tire probably had problems but I could have run over something without knowing. I was anticipating an argument or some type of dispute, but the service manager Paul met with Tiki and they told me Danny approved a new tire replacement. Excellent customer service. It did take a lot of time again though. Very happy customer and would return and recommend Universal Mitsubishi to anyone. More
