The individual staff are friendly, helpful, and ready to explain if I have a question about something. I'm confused as to why my appointment booked online in advance with my vehicle information was not enough notice for the dealership to have the necessary part ready, when on the day of my appointment they were able to have the part available and ready in a matter of hours. Helpfully Tiffany was quick to explain that for non-Honda vehicles it was better to call in an appointment for this service so they could have the non-Honda parts ready, but I don't always have the availability to call for an appointment during business hours. I think the online appointment scheduling system should be notifying the service team in cases like this if it's a non-Honda vehicle that would need different parts. In my experience scheduling online has been more reliable than trying to leave a voicemail in the middle of the night when I get home from work. I have no complaint about the service team, I just think the online system should be able to give the service team relevant notice without me trying to call in, especially when I get regular emails recommending the same service that I went in for, specifically showing information on my vehicle. More
