Dealing with DCH Honda was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service. Tiffany was obnoxious, abusive and even threatening. The used car salesman was extremely rude as well. The service seemed fine at first but when I got in my car all the items from my glove box were strewn across my front seat and floor, I’m guessing because I didn’t purchase the cabin filter replacement. Then all the items from my glove box were strewn across my front seat and floor, I’m guessing because I didn’t purchase the cabin filter replacement. Then a few days later my battery died even though it came up green on the diagnostic report. I’m not sure if something happened at the dealership to drain my battery or if the diagnostic was incorrect or not even run. I had to travel over 100 miles away for work and was almost stranded because of the battery dying. I do not know a lot about cars but highly rely on the diagnostic report to tell me if there are issues upcoming and frankly that is the main reason I go to the dealership. I’m second thinking whether or not I can rely on that and pay the premium that comes with going to a dealership for maintenance. More

Check in is quick. Tiffany is great. Like other dealerships, unfortunately, price quotes for replacing cabin and engine air filters is excessive. Especially given how Tiffany is great. Had a 10:30 appt. for an oil change and tire rotation, i called that i was running late and arrived at 10:40 my car was not taken in until 12:19 and i didn’t leave t for an oil change and tire rotation, i called that i was running late and arrived at 10:40 my car was not taken in until 12:19 and i didn’t leave there until around 1:00 that is unacceptable wait time for someone that had an appointment. When I question the woman on the wait time,, she said I can’t let you cut the line . almost 3 hours for a tire rotation and oil change is ridiculous. More
