I cannot recommend Nissan of Fort Myers highly enough! ! The vibe of this dealership is unlike any other; everyone working here seems so happy! And they are all so personable! Thomas was amazing in finding us the perfect car; he listens and asks questions and then gets to work! Nicole was wonderful in keeping us informed of the inventory and Jonathan was excellent with explaining everything regarding the financing and with answering our questions. But honestly, the entire staff seemed willing to help in any way they could... from the manager greeting us in the parking lot the first time out to Jamie answering a few questions we came up with on the way out to our car. Again, the nicest staff ever!! I 1000% recommend Nissan of Fort Myers!! More

Everything went well except and I am going to discus this with Tom. You gave us a cardboard spare tire.We saw 3 utube videos on the 2025 Murano and ever time they opened the trunk there was a real spare. Wha with Tom. Thomas is the BEST salesman any dealership could ask for! I would recommend him 100x over! Immediately arriving to the dealership, he came out to greet me and offered assistance, I explained to him my compli I would recommend him 100x over! Immediately arriving to the dealership, he came out to greet me and offered assistance, I explained to him my complicated situation with my trade and without hesitation he opened the doors to Nissan, welcomed me in, and ensured that he could be an assistance to me. While I sat with him and explained my agenda for coming in, HE TOOK LITERAL NOTES of everything I was saying as well as my interest/ preference in cars. I never had to walk the dealer lot in the beaming heat at Nissan, Thomas personally searched the lot based on our discussion and found something he thought would be a good fit for me. He pulled the car to the front for me to check it out. After I showed interest in the car, he offered me to take it on a drive in which I did and I then decided it’s the perfect car for me. I ran into some hiccups based my eligibility for the car, but with no hesitation Thomas sat me back at his desk with refreshments and again search the lot himself for another option and pulled it to the front for me to check out. I did end up getting the second option and I love it! Moral of the story is, he listened when I told him I wanted to go $0, he didn’t last minute try to force a down payment on me like other dealers, he showed HOSPITALITY, and he negotiated among his peers to make sure I left with something and I’m so grateful he greeted me at the door that day !!! More

I asked them to help me feel good about trading in a car and buying two from them. Not only did they help me track down the color and model my wife wanted they showed me there’s minimal price difference in and buying two from them. They had us run out application online so that time at the dealership with 3 children was minimal and they have followed up a few times to see if we have questions about features or performance. More
