Service done on Recall I recently moved to the Bay Shore-Babylon-Lindenhurst area. Had to have my 2010 Escape serviced for a recall. Joe Rivarola was very attentive and exp I recently moved to the Bay Shore-Babylon-Lindenhurst area. Had to have my 2010 Escape serviced for a recall. Joe Rivarola was very attentive and explained to me what was being checked and done. I was surprised by the efficiency of the job done. While my car was being serviced, I went into the showroom. Tom Siraco was there to answer any and all of my questions. Don't hesitate to go to Newins Ford. Great experience. More

I knew it might be a little too low for them to meet (which is fine) but I wanted to give them a chance since they seemed (at first) like a more reputable dealer. I went with my uncle who knows a little more about the car buying experience than I do. We were told that it was too low to meet and after some smug remarks from the dealer, we parted ways. Tom then called me up personally to insult one of my family members and curse me out (Great Customer Service!). I would like to thank you for making the car buying experience a pleasant one and have told a lot of potential buyers about my encounter with you guys! P.S. Go to Wantagh. They didnt BS me and gave me an awesome deal. Ta-Ta More

little that you know.. my nephew and I had walked into Newman's Ford just recently. my nephew has been shopping for a fastback v6 Mustang for some time now. this is the seco my nephew and I had walked into Newman's Ford just recently. my nephew has been shopping for a fastback v6 Mustang for some time now. this is the second dealership of the day and by far the worst experience we ever had. Tom, who my nephew actually like the first time meeting him came off rude and obnoxious. we have received the price from another dealership that was much more aggressive. bid giving everything to town the VIN number, the location of the vehicle, even the price of which we receive from the previous dealership. Tom, seem that he was a little disinterested in making the sale so he told us to have a nice day. what we were looking for him to match the price we have already reviewed. the only reason we were asking him to match the price was because of my nephew actually liked him originally. I personally do not understand how this man is selling cars. I will never return More
