The worst Dealership in Southern California Do ever trust Pacific BMW dealership services and sales people. They promise you the moon and the stares to get you to buy the car then deliver none. Do ever trust Pacific BMW dealership services and sales people. They promise you the moon and the stares to get you to buy the car then deliver none. I waited for them to repair damaged front windshield glass was on the car when I bought the car. It took them a over month and half to set an appointment to bring it in. After a week in repair, I picked up the car to find they only batch the windshield class and never said a word about. I drove the car of the site Now I am taking this case to court to get them to deliver on their promise. More

SO I CALLED PACIFIC, AND REQUESTED FOR A COPY OF STICKER INVOICE ON 12/26/2019. THE PERSON ANSWERING THE CALL SAID, SHE WILL GIVE A MESSAGE TO LUKE (OUR SALES PERSON) TO SEND OUT THE INVOICE TO ME BY EMAIL. HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE INVOICE OR ANY FOLLOW UP CALL YET. More
