Brought car in for recall on fuel pump motor. Had to bring my car back because service dept did not reinstall float. When I dropped car off Tom was condescending to me when I was explaining what Had to bring my car back because service dept did not reinstall float. Tom always goes above and beyond. I would also like to mention Anthony Johnson for his help. I picked up my car after Tom left for the day, and I had a question regarding my invoice. I asked the cashier, and the reply was I’m just the cashier. I asked if there was someone else that could help, and was told Tom had already left for the day. I said there has to be a manager that can help. Anthony overheard our conversation and said he would be happy to help me as soon as he finished with his customer. Anthony was able to resolve my issue very quickly. Brandon Honda has a great team. As I mentioned before, Tom always exceeds my expectations. More

There are a lot of dealerships that take advantage of women. I feel like Tom did not do that and he took great care of me. My dad was out of town and I don’t trust dealerships, but I did trust Tom.
