Hope was my salesperson and was very engaged during the sales process. I was promised my extra set of keys at the time of sale and was also warned of a possible touchscreen issue with the car. Once the deal was done and I signed for my 50k Corvette, I had to follow up with Hope 3 separate times to get my keys and help me resolve the touchscreen issue with promises of a call back that never happened. Tom Gernhart finally took care of everything and he has been excellent. However, because of the issues with the salesperson and complete lack of follow up after the sale I will not buy another car here or recommend this dealership. More

Mr. Thomas Gernhardt did an excellent job with his c.service for my visit on 10/23/20. I had major issues with the car that was overlooked and should have been taken care of before I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic, but Thomas made sure I didn’t have to worry about paying out of pocket for anything. Big thanks to Thomas and Wayne Henry, who was another service Mgr that originally serviced me before I met Thomas. Thomas took over the issue when Mr. Henry was off work, the day I stopped in. I came Yesterday to the dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Thomas gernhart. He was friendly and gave an estimate which was higher from what I was used to. I told him that I usually pay less than that so he went to my account and told me that there was no discount for me. I told him that they usually check couple discount before I am a loyal customer and a disabled vet with no job. With no sympathy he reply that he was a vet too and those people were gone and he need to pay his technicians and if the dealership doesn’t make money it will close. I was hurt so I called for the manager and spoke to Jenn and she was wonderful and gave me couple discount with no if or but . I stated that it was easy and he finally admitted that he was brand new and was unable to offer any discount because the dealership doesn’t trust him yet .He should of said that from the beginning instead of giving a lesson about not making money. Also, when they rotated my tires they did not inflate them so had to go back Update After posting this review. Rachel Van Hart called me to apologize the way Thomas handle the situation. She was very professional and credited my account for my next service. She promised to coach him more on how to properly speak to customer. Way to go Rachel and thank you for making my day More
