We went in looking for a two year old low mileage Lexus RX 350 (off a lease) and purchased a 2023 GX 460 off a lease from the Service Manager. Matt took care of us from the minute we arrived along with several test drives. Our Lexus was not on the lot and we had to wait for the right one to come in with the options we were looking for. We were patient and Matt was very diligent in communicating with us and getting the right Lexus we wanted!! Purchasing a car should be a fun experience and Matt and his team continue to hit it out of the park with regard to customer service and satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Lexus of Cleveland, especially working with Candice. This was not a simple car purchase—it was a complicated trade-in involving a title with both Lexus of Cleveland, especially working with Candice. This was not a simple car purchase—it was a complicated trade-in involving a title with both my name and my father’s name on it, I live 2 hours away and my dad lives in Thailand nine months out of the year. That meant coordinating signatures, documents, and conversations across a 12-hour time difference. Candice handled all of this with incredible kindness, patience, and dedication. She coordinated communication with my dad, sent pictures, stayed on top of every detail, and truly went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Ultimately, we weren’t able to complete the trade-in on time due to the title not being available—but despite that, the dealership honored the trade value they had promised anyway. That level of integrity and willingness to “jump through flaming hoops” for a customer is rare, and it meant everything to me. I also want to give a huge thank-you to Tori, who helped with the financial documents and title work, and Tom, who assisted behind the scenes with assessing the vehicle and other important details. The teamwork was seamless, and everyone I interacted with was warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me. When I finally purchased the car, they made the moment feel truly special—pulling the car into the showroom and having employees come out clapping and celebrating. It didn’t feel transactional at all. I could tell they truly wanted the best for me, not just a sale.
