I would give Arthur 5 stars! He was fantastic and helped me like I was his own daughter in what would be a better buy and took his time and was very kind and helpful. As for the service department, I would avoid them like the plague. When there was an issue with my vehicle less than a day after buying it the service department said rudely “I’m not sales, I’m service.” when I explained what happened and asked me if I was going to be there before 5:30pm to which I replied “If the vehicle isn’t working how would I get there?” He then ordered me a Lyft. He told me he would have a rental at Enterprise ready for me and when I got to Enterprise they didn’t have a car ready and asked me for a card to put on hold. I had to walk across the street to the dealership and they then loaned me one of their cars. My car was fixed (just needed a battery) and all is well now. I would say buying from Arthur is great though. He is a huge gem! More

Thomas was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient answering questions. I received a call the following day after going home with the new car to inform me I had left a pair of glasses in my old car. H answering questions. I received a call the following day after going home with the new car to inform me I had left a pair of glasses in my old car. He continues to call often to check to make sure we’re enjoying the car. I asked if he would have time to go over some things I’m still not familiar with on the new car and he generously offered to help me navigate these issues, This is our first Toyota and we’re not too familiar with all the wonderful options on the car. Thomas went over and beyond with helping us and he made the buying experience a lot less frustrating and we enjoyed the experience. We look forward to dealing with him in the future. More
