He was respectful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the process—even going as far as offering my wife a slice of pizza when she was hungry. He made a stressful experience much more manageable.Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, I didn’t appreciate the way he handled things or how he treated Tom during the process.Tom is a standout employee and absolutely deserves recognition for the way he treats customers. A major snow storm cancelled my original appointment. When I contacted Sloane the next day about rescheduling, they were happy to do so immediately! This worked out perfectly!
