Mr. Morrison was very prompt and professional attending to my questions and concerns. He was patient with me and made every effort to get me the answers I needed. Mr. D'Alterio and Mr. Keene were very patient and professional. I'm sure I stressed them out with my constant calls and inquiries but threy made every attempt to address them and calm my nerves. There were issues with the phones but the Team at Pacifico Ford made efforts to reach out to me and address my needs via text and emails and follow up calls. They even addressed the concerns of my family members concerning my vehicle.
