When the paperwork is presented fine lines of deception are printed that you need a well seasoned lawyer to justified terms. Whatever was promised by the Salesman changes in favor of the dealership. Not a pleasant experience. Quoted 36 months got home and my Husband saw 39 months Very upset and will Never recommend or go back. I hope they get creative and make me and my husband happy and change the lease to 36 months as agreed. Never in 30 years have we signed a car lease for more than 36 months 6 Leases with BMW with a totally Professional outcome where customer service is experienced at the highest level. More

I am a returning lessee, and had the good fortune to upgrade from a 2015 Patriot (an excellent vehicle in its own right) to a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Frank Perez got me this vehicle at a very fair price. I am very happy with my Wrangler. The only negatives this time around involve attention to detail. My bank debit card got locked on a fraud alert because it was not authorized correctly. This required a lengthy call to unlock it. A new Jeep MasterCard I obtained on sale night also got locked out, because the original amount billed had to be voided. My rear transferred license plate was not affixed correctly and fell off that night requiring a new registration and new set of plates. These errors detracted from my overall rating of the dealership this time around - otherwise it would have been a perfect five stars. The people I worked with directly, however, were courteous, professional, gave me a fair deal and when the errors occurred worked to correct them and make things right - so that reflects in my ranking of them personally. More

I actually enjoy the experience at this dealership. However, just like with the first charger, my file was not noted that all oil changes would be free. The first time this was quickly and easily rectified. Hopefully, this time it will be the same. More
