I bought my first Ford Escape 11 years ago and have been coming back to Arlington Heights Ford (AHF) for maintenance of that car. On one of my maintenance visit Tony Nykolajcuyk showed me the 2024 Escape mo coming back to Arlington Heights Ford (AHF) for maintenance of that car. On one of my maintenance visit Tony Nykolajcuyk showed me the 2024 Escape model and spent quite a bit of time explaining all the new features and what the new escapes can do. We made an appointment for me to come back a few days later but in the meantime he answered all my text questions and did comparisons of cars I was picking out before my appointment. On my appointment he had the two cars I was choosing from ready for me to look at and test drive. Once I picked the car, I was buying he explained everything to, completed paperwork and got the Ford Pass to download and working on my cell phone. By the time I was done with the financial person (Teddy Dziedzic who also was great and fun to work with) the car was waiting for me to take home. Once in the car Tony went over again how the Ford Pass will work along with setting it up for me. The next morning, I was going through the features to understand how to use them I had a few more questions. I text Tony with the questions, and he told me to come back and he will show me. Once I got there, he looked up for me the answer to one question and explained how it works Tony came over to say hi. We went to my car and along with one of the maintenance personal my questions about my navigation and apps where answered. Tony put me at ease with the buying experience, during the entire time we all use humor and was able to laugh along with other employees who joined in with our fun during the 4 hour transaction. I will 100% be coming back More
